Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (€12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking information
- Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over €50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking information
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas where we don’t deliver. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Husqvarna accessories and B&S parts. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange products within 15 days of receipt, provided that:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All labels, accessories, and documentation are present
- The product does not belong to our non-returnable items (see below)
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following products:
- Husqvarna Promotie items (products offered at special promotional prices)
- Already installed or used Husqvarna PBM (personal protective equipment)
- Mounted or opened Husqvarna Attachments
Return Process
- Submit a return request within 15 days of receipt by email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject: Retouraanvraag – [Order Number]
- Content:
- Your name
- Order number
- Item(s) for return
- Reason for return
- Preferred solution (refund/exchange)
- Wait for approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you return approval with instructions.
- Package the product carefully in its original packaging with all included documents.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- The amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we will ship the new product as soon as we receive the return package
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning items is the customer’s responsibility, unless:
- The product was defective or damaged upon delivery
- The wrong product was shipped
- The return is due to an error by Buiten Stil
Priority Service for Professional Gardeners
As professional gardeners or garden enthusiasts ourselves, we understand that you need your equipment quickly. Therefore:
- We process return requests within 2 business days
- We offer priority processing for frequently used B&S parts and Husqvarna accessories
- In urgent cases, we can ship a replacement product in advance
